• "Platform": GlassAuto, BiBlue, Go Platform, and other technology solutions

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1. Agreement

By accessing or using our Services, you represent that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• If representing a company, you have the authority to bind it
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Registration and User Account

3.1. Registration Requirements

Glass Group, GlassAuto, BiBlue, Go Platform, and other logos and marks are registered trademarks or trade names of Glass Group. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

5.3. Feedback and Suggestions

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about our Services may be used by us without any obligation of compensation or attribution.

6. User Content

6.1. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you submit, post, or transmit through the Services. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or control all rights to your content
• Your content does not violate the rights of third parties
• Your content is not illegal, offensive, defamatory, or fraudulent

6.2. Content License

By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, process, and store your content to the extent necessary to provide the Services.

• Pay all fees in accordance with the contracted terms
• Provide accurate and up-to-date payment information
• Authorize recurring charges when applicable
• Pay interest and late fees in accordance with applicable law

9.3. Refunds

Refund policies are defined in the specific contracts with each Client and follow commercially agreed terms.

10. Termination

10.1. Termination by You

You may close your account at any time through the mechanisms provided in the Services or by contacting us.

10.2. Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your use causes damage to the Services or to third parties
• There is fraudulent or illegal activity
• We are required by law or court order
• There is payment default

10.3. Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will cease immediately
• We may delete your data after the legal retention period
• Payment obligations will remain in effect
• Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain valid

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11.2. Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLASS GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Business interruption or loss of opportunities
• Damages caused by third parties or events beyond our control

11.3. Maximum Amount

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or BRL 1,000.00 (one thousand reais), whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Glass Group, its directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of third-party rights
• Content you submit or publish

13. Legal Compliance

13.1. Applicable Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including:

• General Data Protection Law (LGPD)
• Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Marco Civil da Internet)
• Consumer Defense Code
• Central Bank of Brazil regulations
• SUSEP regulations (insurers)

13.2. Compliance

Our Services are developed in compliance with security standards and financial sector regulations. Institutional clients must maintain their own compliance obligations.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1. Amicable Negotiation

In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it amicably through direct negotiation.

14.2. Mediation and Arbitration

If negotiation is unsuccessful, the parties may opt for mediation or arbitration before resorting to the courts.

14.3. Jurisdiction

For matters not resolved through mediation or arbitration, the courts of the District of Apucarana, State of Parana, are elected to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be.

15. General Provisions

15.1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and specific contracts, constitute the entire agreement between you and Glass Group.

15.2. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may freely assign our rights.

15.3. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

15.4. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15.5. Independence of Parties

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Glass Group.

15.6. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, acts of terrorism, pandemics, or internet infrastructure failures.
